Who doesn't like wedding cake? Let's talk about it!

A baker's worst nightmare LORDT! Lol

In the heart of a baker we are afraid to do things out of our comfort zone but guess what?.....I'm here to send a little encouragement. As a baker I am still surprised by the things I have been able to get by with as a self taught baker... In my imperfect mind my worst fear was to hear anyone ask me to make a wedding cake. Little did I know it would turn out to be absolutely beautiful and people I know would trust that their cake would look and taste amazing. I learned the simplest thing for myself was to have confidence and I could do anything I put my mind to. Sooooo.....to that baker out there who may have doubts....GIVE IT A TRY! You won't know unless you give it a shot. I'm encouraging you today to pick up those pans and try your best hand at what you think is considered hard because it may be easy. It may not be perfect to you but it could be perfect to someone else on their big day! I want you to WIN!
