About Me

Hi Family,

I'm Tai (Tay). A 26 year old first generation college graduate from Ahoskie, NC. I grew up in Durham, NC but later moved to Charlotte, NC to obtain my bachelors degree at UNC Charlotte.

Growing up I loved to be around the elderly which led me to watching my great grandmother in the kitchen all the time. I was literally her shadow as I watched everything so closely. Before I knew it, making cakes every Friday night at Ruru's house as an 8 year old slowly turned into an attention drawing talent as an adult. After the passing of my Ruru in 2014 I was motivated to bake in the most creative ways. Im so blessed to be able to share the God given talent that developed in the small town of Aulander, NC. The support of my family and customers has been extremely rewarding. Thank you all so much!
